TMJP 2025 Q4 Town Hall: Building A Sustainable Future with Value at the Core

TMJP’s quarterly town halls aren’t just meetings where the CEO and the VP talk about the company’s goals, and where leaders talk about the progress of their teams. They are part of the organization’s culture, where everyone celebrates wins and collaborates towards improvement, even in the smallest items that affect business operations. 

One of TMJP’s core values is continuous improvement, also known as Kaizen, which is what enabled TMJP to thrive throughout the decade as its competitors had already faltered. 

Of course, Kaizen wouldn’t have been effective without everyone’s involvement, and TMJP always ensures that its members know their hard work is appreciated. So, aside from celebrating the organization’s wins and looking forward to what’s next, the town hall is also a time for leaders and teammates to share their appreciation, especially for those who stood out in the previous quarter.

Here’s a recap of what happened during TMJP’s Town Hall for the fourth quarter of 2025:

Celebrating a Year of Achievements and Growth

The event started with the TMJP President, Ms. Mina Tsuchiya, giving her opening remarks, which centered on thanking everyone for the amazing overall performance of TMJP for the entire 2025, with the final quarter being the best. While the year presented some ups and downs, everyone strove to achieve success, and Mina-san congratulated everyone for that.

Our guests from our parent company, TMJ Global Inc., also expressed their thanks for the warm welcome of the TMJP BPO Services Inc. family. They also shared their enthusiasm for working with the TMJ Philippines Team in the previous year and in the years to come. 

In confirmation of the successes that Mina-san congratulated everyone for, TMJP’s senior finance manager presented the financial report for the entire 2025, which reflected the ups and downs and the struggles that brought about the year’s astounding profit value.

Showcasing the Strength of Every TMJP Team

Just like during every town hall, the spotlight shines on every team leader and their team through the presentations of their quarterly performance. The team leaders also took the chance to express their gratitude towards their members who contributed to their team’s success. During the 4th quarter of 2025, all teams (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration/Security and Quality Assurance Team, Japanese Online Marketing Team, Back Office Shared Services Team, Filipino Online Sales Team, Web and Multimedia Design Team, Online English Learning Team, and Web and Application Development Team) were able to perform better than expected. 

Aside from being able to timely submit hundreds of deliverables to the VAPT/SQA team, BOS, WMD, and WAD, and the online marketing, OEL, and online sales teams, exceeding their targets significantly, all teams were able to receive positive feedback from their clients, and their productivity rates were all high. These performances, which align with TMJP’s Above & Beyond core value, are indeed very much worthy of recognition.

More than simply appreciating our teammates for their camaraderie, professionalism, and passion in ensuring that our teams can deliver high-quality results, we also thank them for who they are through the TMJP Core Values that they represent. The winners who were nominated for each core value were announced during the town hall, and the heartfelt messages from their teammates were read in front of everyone.

Empowering Leaders and Members on Their Professional Journey

During the last quarter of 2025, TMJP’s HR department spearheaded a leadership training with the team leaders of TMJP’s lines of business. The first batch of leaders who were able to complete the SMART method training received their certificates of completion. The HR manager also announced that the HR department will also conduct more training sessions not only for leaders, but also for the members, to help them grow as professionals.

Honoring the People Who Built TMJP and Continue to Shape Its Success

TMJP celebrated its 10th anniversary last year. Along with the company’s 10th anniversary, we are also celebrating the years that the three people who started with the company and still contribute to its growth as pillars in the business operations, training, and IT support. They were greeted by everyone with the optimism that they would continue to support the TMJP family in the future.

Advancing Sustainable Growth with Value at the Core

One of the highlights of the day was the speech given by TMJP’s senior operations manager, one of the pillars who has continuously supported the organization since its inception. He opened his speech with a story of one of the most successful brands worldwide in technology. The story is about what Steve Jobs did back in 1997 to revive Apple. Instead of improving all 70 different products, he cut them down to just 4. His approach was to stop focusing on how much they used to sell and to start focusing on the value of what they sell. In short, he chose Value over Volume.

The reason why our senior operations manager shared this was that it is what TMJP has done in the past two years. Instead of chasing Volume, TMJP started chasing after Value. TMJP calls this strategy “Rightsizing the Portfolio.” 

TMJP decided to stop doing the work that wasn’t driving our future, so we could focus on the work itself, and the profitability of the last two years shows that this strategy works indeed. In fact, our data showed a 139% increase in profitability. It proves that we didn’t grow by doing more things. We grew by doing the right things.

Now that we have that engine running perfectly, we are ready to scale, and this brings us to 2026 with Operational Leverage as our goal. However, it doesn’t mean that we will stop refining. As a matter of fact, we are still optimizing so that no one, in whichever role, has to juggle too many tasks. 

TMJP’s core strategies for 2026 to achieve a more sustainable future include Global Expansion and the optimization of Tech & AI. TMJP is taking the value that it now has and is going after more global and USD-paying accounts. Our teams also want to optimize our AI and high-margin tech services to move faster than anyone else.
