TMJP Q2 Townhall: Celebrating Achievements, Anticipating The Future

On July 16, TMJP BPO Services Inc. successfully held its 2nd Quarter Town Hall Meeting, bringing together employees from various departments to reflect on achievements, align on future goals, and strengthen the spirit of collaboration across the organization.

The event began with a warm welcome from TMJP’s President, Ms. Mina Tsuchiya, who expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all attendees. She acknowledged the hard work and dedication of TMJP employees over the first half of the year and delivered an inspiring message to energize the entire team moving forward.

A highlight of the event was the introduction of special guests from TMJ Inc., TMJP’s parent company in Japan. The visitors took a moment to introduce themselves to TMJP employees, helping to build camaraderie and reinforce the close relationship between the Philippine and Japan-based teams.

Team leaders from both front office and back office departments took the stage to present their achievements for the quarter, as well as their strategic goals for the months ahead. These presentations showcased the collective effort and progress made by the company’s various teams.

To add a fun and interactive twist to the session, the HR team hosted a lively trivia game with prizes for participants who answered correctly. The event also included an open Q&A session, where employees were encouraged to raise questions and clarify concerns directly with the HR team.

Another key moment of the Town Hall was the announcement of the TMJP Core Values Awardees for Q2. These awards, based on peer nominations and votes, recognized individuals who best exemplified TMJP’s core values:

  • Diversity

  • Kaizen

To celebrate these awardees, Mr. Raymond Garcia, TMJP’s Senior Operations Manager, shared a humorous and motivational anecdote about the unexpected discoveries people can make when they “actually try” something new, drawing laughter and inspiration from the crowd.

The meeting concluded with closing remarks from TMJP’s Vice President, Mr. Hirotaka Nikaido, who thanked all employees for their continued commitment and expressed his enthusiasm for what lies ahead in the second half of the year.
