We wrapped up the month of October with our Q3 Town Hall to celebrate teamwork, progress, and shared success. The event served as an opportunity to reflect on our performance over the past quarter and to recognize how every member of TMJP contributed to the company’s continued growth. The Town Hall session started with TMJP’s president, Ms. Mina Tsuchiya, thanking everyone for their dedication and inspiring them as well to keep up with their efforts for the remaining 2 months of the year, so we can all meet our targets for this year.
This quarter, two virtues stood out above the rest: Resilience and Innovation.
Since the global lockdown in 2020, many industries, including the BPO sector, have faced overwhelming challenges. TMJP BPO Services Inc. was no exception. Yet, thanks to the innate unwavering resilience of our workforce, we stood firm and continued to move forward, no matter the odds.
Our resilience bore fruit in Q3. TMJP closed the quarter with strong qualitative and quantitative results: all our lines of business, both local and offshore, received high satisfaction ratings from clients. Even more rewarding, several clients expressed their trust in us through requests for team expansions and new project opportunities.
These achievements are a testament to the dedication and resilience of every TMJP team member and leader who continue to bring out the best in each other.
While resilience kept us steady, innovation propelled us forward. Guided by our core values of Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Above & Beyond, TMJP continues to find new and better ways to serve our partners and improve our internal processes.
Each member is encouraged to look for opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies and explore smarter, faster, and more creative solutions. This mindset of innovation has not gone unnoticed. Our partners have recognized our efforts, resulting in the acquisition of two new partnerships for two lines of business this quarter.
As we look ahead to the coming quarter and the new year, TMJP remains committed to continuous innovation, excellence, and growth.
Our Senior Operations Manager, Mr. Raymond Garcia, delivered an inspiring message that likened our year-end journey to the final moments of a basketball championship game. He reminded everyone that as we enter the last two months of the year, it’s time to give our all — to aim for that buzzer-beating shot that will secure the “championship trophy.”
He emphasized four key ideas that reflect the TMJP spirit. First is High-Stakes Focus (Todo Bigay) — the need to stay fully concentrated on execution and avoid careless turnovers or missed opportunities. Second is Mastering the Set Plays (Dedication to Strategy), which calls for discipline in following the strategies and roles that have proven effective. Third is Clutch Time Leadership (Puso), a reminder that while skills are vital, perseverance and heart are equally important, especially under pressure. Finally, he spoke about the Victory Celebration (Wagi) — the moment when all our collective efforts pay off, and every team member can proudly share in the triumph.
On the same note of congratulating and wishing everyone more success, the main program of the Town Hall event closed with a heartwarming message from our vice president, Mr. Hirotaka Nikaido.
Of course, no TMJP event would be complete without a little fun! After the recognition of our Q3 Core Values Awardees, the celebration continued with a lighthearted Halloween costume contest. Team members showcased their creativity by dressing up as popular anime and cartoon characters — some spooky, others adorable.
Prizes were awarded to those who went above and beyond with their costumes, filling the event with laughter, camaraderie, and great energy. You can check out their creative looks on our official Facebook page!
