TMJP BPO Services Inc. had a Year-End Party last Friday, December 18, 2025. Unlike in the previous years, we chose to have an intimate 2025 Year-End Party to keep everyone’s focus on the small wins each member of the TMJP family creates every single day. TMJP was able to have its 10-Year Anniversary Celebration because of the perseverance and growth of every member that resulted in business resilience.
The Philippine BPO industry constantly faces global market challenges, and even the price inflation in the Philippines continuously taunts all businesses in all industries in the country. However, by remaining steadfast in our core values in business operations, we have gained evolution and endurance in the last ten years. This is why the 2025 Year-End Party of TMJP BPO Services Inc. is also a corporate culture celebration.
Our 10-Year Anniversary Celebration is not just about celebrating the time that our company has “existed”. It is about “TMJP Milestones” in the past 10 years since Telemarketing Japan decided to expand in the Philippines, thus the birth of TMJP BPO Services Inc. The intimate celebration also served as an opportunity for everyone to express the organization’s gratitude to every stakeholder who adhered to TMJP’s core values: Integrity, Diversity, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), Corporate Social Responsibility (or TMJP Cares), and Above & Beyond. By practicing these core values in business operations, TMJP has been able to provide a global success story for each of its stakeholders – and it will continue to do so.
Beyond reflection and gratitude, the intimate Year-End Party was also filled with laughter, excitement, and moments of shared joy. Fun games brought everyone closer, and each activity celebrated not only participation but also the everyday contributions that make TMJP stronger as a whole, including our appreciation for our diversity.
The raffle segment became one of the most anticipated highlights of the night. Fun prizes included sets of Japanese instant cup ramen, body care, Chu-Hi, Bluetooth earphones, and small appliances. There were also lots of cash rewards and huge prizes such as smartphones, a washing machine, party speakers, smart TVs, and more, which created an atmosphere of cheer and appreciation. These prizes symbolized TMJP’s recognition of hard work and dedication. For TMJP, these are small tokens of thanks for the big efforts our people give every day.
One of the most meaningful moments of the evening came from the speech of our dai-senpai, our Senior Operations Manager. He shared heartfelt stories of how he and the other pioneers laid the groundwork for TMJP during its early days, such as navigating uncertainty, building systems from the ground up, and staying committed to quality and integrity even when resources were limited.
Seeing how the company has grown, endured challenges, and remained resilient over the past decade was a proud and emotional experience. His message served as a powerful reminder that TMJP’s strength lies in its people and the values they upheld from the very beginning. He closed his speech by expressing his excitement and optimism for the next decade, confident that TMJP will reach even greater milestones in the years ahead.
As we celebrate ten years of resilience, we extend our deepest gratitude to our leaders, Hiro-san and Mina-san, whose guidance, vision, and unwavering support have steered TMJP BPO Services Inc. through years of growth and transformation. Their leadership has shaped not only the company’s strategic direction but also its people-first culture.
